Introduction
At Wisdom Education School our objective is to ensure each and every child will have a safe, nurturing, and joyful experience during learning sessions. Once a child is admitted to our school, parents or guardians tacitly agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.
Admission Policy
Admission is granted depending on age eligibility as per the school and also submission of all required documents. The parents/guardians must bear the responsibility to ensure that all the data entered during admission is true and complete. The school admits that it is allowed to void admissions if any falsehood or misleading information is detected.
Fees & Payments
All the fees must be paid on or before the date communicated by the school and designated as the due date.
Fees are in all cases non-refundable and non-transferable unless the school management otherwise specifies.
School Timings & Attendance
It is requested from the parents to follow school timings very strictly, for that, the daily activities will function smoothly. For a child’s learning and growth regular attendance is very important. Any leave meant to be taken should be communicated to the school beforehand.
Health & Safety
It is the responsibility of parents to reveal their child’s health issues, if there are any, together with allergies and special needs, to the school during the admission process or as soon as they occur.
Sick children are to be kept at home until they have fully recovered.
If there is a medical emergency, the school will deal with the situation properly and will instantly inform the parents/guardians. Nevertheless, the school will not be liable in a legal sense for any unexpected accidents even if it is very careful in taking safety measures for the children.
Discipline & Behaviour
The institution is practicing positive discipline, thus all the good things will come about like proper behavior, respect, and care. The parents are to help and back the school in terms of discipline since discipline is one of the main components of a healthy and harmonious environment for all the kids.
Parent–Teacher Communication
Parents have open channels of communication with teachers and school authorities during the time designated for this purpose. Concerns or questions should be brought up in a respectful manner.
Personal Belongings
It is not recommended for children to bring their most prized possessions to school. Personal belongings will not be covered by the school in terms of loss or damage.
Activities & Media Usage
Children are prompted to participate in school activities, events, and celebrations.
Photos or videos shot during school activities may be used for the purpose of school records, website, social media, and such promotional activities.
Transportation Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for conducting their children’s daily transportation safely. In the morning, kids should be handed over to the teacher directly and not left unattended outside the gate.
Any change in the person who has the right to pick up the child must be reported to the school beforehand.
Updates to Terms
The right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any point in time is reserved by the school. Changes will be communicated to parents/guardians as necessary.
Parent Consent
Through the admission of their child to Wisdom Education School, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, comprehended, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
